About Us
On September 4, 2009, this world lost Chad to a car accident. He was just 18 years old and had graduated from Blackstone Valley Technical High School only three months before. There are no words for the impact that his loss has brought to his family and friends.
To honor Chad’s memory, his family plans to give out two scholarships every year to deserving Blackstone Valley Tech students. Fundraising in his memory has become the goal of his mom, dad, brother and sisters, and some very special friends.
The Second Annual Chad A. Holbrook Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, June 20, 2011, at Blissful Meadows Golf Course where Chad worked with his brother as a dishwasher.
